Jacksons has employed new technology within the bakery to enable the production of continuously sheeted dough from which a wide variety of products can be formed. Whether it be Ciabatta or Focaccia, Cheese Fingers, Triangular Scones or Novelty Shaped Rolls, this equipment has the flexibility and range to deliver something that bit different.

Jacksons does not have a standard product list. Unlike its contemporaries, Jacksons offers retailers, instore bakeries or food distributors the facility of bespoke products whether they be the Jackson's Brand or own label, sliced or unsliced, fully or part baked, frozen or ambient.

Jackson’s supplies awide range of manufacturers with buns and rolls. Our real speciality is in the manufacture of Microwavable buns. These buns are typically used by convenience food manufacturers to make a microwavable finished product. Our products can be found on the shelves of most of the major retailers in ‘burger-in-a-bun’ or Hotdog formats. Our specially formulated Microwavable buns are able to withstand the microwaving required to heat the burger or sausage, without deteriorating the eating quality of the bread.
