Jacksons understands the importance and value of customer support, particularly when it comes to new product development.

Our Technical Services team includes test baking staff and facilities that provide the resource to develop new products from initial concept samples with both speed and efficiency.

Every week, Jacksons despatches hundreds of product samples to new and existing customers. For customer ease, Jacksons now provides them with an on-line sample request system. Jacksons is accustomed to handling short notice product or new customer launches, dealing with everything from the products and their specifications through the manufacturing process and delivery scheduling.

We can quickly despatch samples of our existing product range for evaluation. New products or variants to existing products can also be produced. You can e-mail your requirements to :

We will try to accommodate your requests if they can be feasibly produced on our plants. If they cannot be produced we will explain why and offer alternatives.
